CGM will be releasing an update for all platforms of the ECP Application Tuesday, August 1st, 2017.
Included in this release:
ECP:
- Bring Your Own Device (VCare clients only)
- Automatic Agent deactivation after 30 days of inactivity
- Agent will need to contact Company (ETC) User Administrator to Reactivate account.
- Mandatory password reset every 90 days
- Reminder emails will be sent 14 days and 7 days prior to 90 day expiration.
- Please ensure the email address on each account is accessible by the end user otherwise they will not be able to reset their password.
Portal:
- Adding Captcha to login page on cgmllc.net
- Adding Captcha to "Contact Us" page on cgmllc.net

- Adding removal of Lifeline (497) reservation as part of DeleteSubscriber API
All iPad and Android users will be required to upgrade to the new versions prior to taking any enrollments Tuesday, August 1st, 2017. Users can download and install the new version(s) at http://lifeline.cgmllc.net.
